Now that 2010 is over, and the long holiday with it, it’s time to get back to the harshness of winter. In the weeks leading up to the New Year, most of the U..S northeast and western Europe had been getting nasty snow storms and frigid temperatures, which they are not equipped to deal with, unlike Canada, which is so used to them, it’s not much of a bother. Yet, in Canada, the temperature for New Year’s day was above 10 degrees Celsius. Yes, that’s considered mild here. Since, it has dropped by at least 12 degrees and so we’re back in the frigid zone, and the rest of January is expected to be as frigid.
This means I will likely be slugging by for the next three months. I should hibernate in winter, and I generally do just drift by during the winter months. I am just not a winter person, even if I live in Canada. Nonetheless, I have some new posts lined up for the near future and will be getting back to posting soon.
